Turn in to your school’s office or neighborhood CCLD branch

All Chemung Valley area school children (ages 5 to 18) are invited to create and submit ORIGINAL artwork depicting "Read to Me! Any Time! Any Place!

Artwork must be 2 dimensional, no smaller than 8.5" X 8.5" or larger than 12" X12" (Medium may include: paint, marker, crayon, colored pencil etc.)

Multiple banners will be selected by FRPCV, area businesses and community organizations.

The Family Reading Partnership of the Chemung Valley Presents: Book Fest 2024: Read! Think! Dream! Book Fest is a family friendly event offering free book-centered fun. This year featuring local authors, live entertainment, character readers, games, and activities. Free books for children while supplies last.

Family Reading Partnership of Chemung Valley (FRPCV) is a non-profit run solely by volunteers. If you would like to give books, become a volunteer, give a donation, or learn about our many programs, please check out the button links below!

We always need books! Find out how to donate new or gently used books to the Bright Red Bookshelf.

Become a reader, help sort through books, help with Book Fest, distribute books, lend a hand at the Traveling Bright Red Bookshelf, and more!

Help support the Family Reading Partnership of Chemung Valley. One hundred percent of donations go toward encouraging literacy in our community.

From birth through intermediate school age, Family Reading Partnership strives to support literacy through our many programs: Books at Birth, Traveling Books, Book Fest, Bright Red Bookshelf, Reach Out and Read, Read to Me Banners, and Read for the Record.
